Encouraging youth to better understand themselves and identify their interests is an important step in building their life projects. Therefore, eduLab21’s actions aim to:
- Provide the school community with an assessment of professional interests for educational purposes;
- Derive feedback reports from the assessment with interpretative support for each target audience;
- Contribute to the development of approaches and strategies to strengthen youth’ skills and abilities to make decisions about their future;
- Contribute to a computerized application produced by Ayrton Senna Institute with access to relevant assessment and development content to help youth understand their interests and skills, as well as to explore, think about, and experience the world of work.
